3-D MODELING
Our approach to coordination is that all drawings should be able to be used for fabrication. This means that what is drawn is accurate, buildable, and can be fabricated offsite with confidence that when it's installed, it will work.
Fabrication
Fabrication has become a vital aspect of meeting today's tough schedules and tighter budgets. Whether the job is going to be done with grooved piping (Victaulic),weld fittings, copper, socket weld, or any other type of piping, detailed spool drawings and cut list can be created from the coordinated drawings to allow for fabrication to be completed saving both time and money.

Coordination
We provide buildable shop drawings that are fully coordinated with the structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical contract drawings as well as other trades that participate in the coordination process. We work with these trades to do overlay or composite drawings as well as use Navisworks for collision checking to ensure the highest level of accuracy and minimize conflicts in the field. We can attend and even host coordination meetings to work out issues and make sure the coordination process runs smoothly. This can be done onsite, offsite, or over the web via a web meeting.

This allows for virtual walk-throughs of a building and its systems before the first piece of pipe or duct is hung. This can help to find and eliminate problems in congested areas, saving costly delays and change orders.
